We are all too familiar with the overwhelm associated with writing your own victim impact statement. In fact, we have had to do it ourselves. It can be difficult to simply decide where to begin, and when you add reliving the trauma to the mix, writing your statement can seem nearly impossible.

We are here to help.

In a calm and supportive environment, we will interview you via phone, WhatsApp, or Google Meet and draft a victim impact statement that clearly relates the different ways that you were impacted by a crime. As victims of crime ourselves, we understand that while every experience is absolutely unique, there are many ways that crime impacts a victim and their loved ones.

We are trauma informed, and we make every effort to ensure that you feel supported and heard. We make sure to communicate that we will never judge, criticize, or blame you. Also, we will never send you a questionnaire and ask you to relive your traumatic experience alone. (Been there, too, which is why we would never do that to someone else.)
